Its hard! U are basically playing lotto as most do not bother to read messages sent to them. Some people are real creative but it still doesnt work, and some are merely selected because the star is bored and wants to chat back to fans. If u send enough tweets, they probably will read it, but not guaranteed to follow u back. They don't want to flood the gates and make others feel bad just cause u were treated specially, lol.
