I have a list of over 115k people on twitter who will likely follow you back if you follow them first. Its safe to say that many of them do the teamfollowback posts. Anyways, if you're interested, you can check it out at http://fiverr.com/adnagam I've been pretty successful with increasing my following using that list and the method that comes along with it.
