No. He has a life and other friends too. I wouldn't read anything into it because Facebook is so impersonal, and likening a photo doesn't mean anything. It's so simple, you don't even have to think about. YOU are the one that he cares about, if he's calling you his girfriend. Smile however, if you freak out about little things like that to him, you might end up scaring him away. Even if you really care about him, it could make him run.

I hope that it works out for the two of you and that you're happy! Smile
