No, just because he likes another girls facebook photo, doesn't mean he actually likes her, it just means he likes the photo. But, if it's bothering you, then maybe you should talk to him about it. But, honestly I think it's pretty silly to get mad over. If he has never cheated on you yet, then he must love you. Ok? So, I honestly wouldn't worry about it. Smile
