I wouldn't have a problem giving my wife my passwords if she needed them for some reason. She hasn't needed them, so I haven't told her (she hasn't asked either). I think I could guess her passwords, but I don't have a need to see her accounts either, so I don't try.

I never had a girlfriend who wanted my passwords, so sorry can't explain your gf's thinking.
