how to read a facebook message without taking off the notification?

I'm not offending this answerer but trying to forward the fb msg to the hotmail or any other email won't do the thing .Actually , when I receive a msg from fb it is also sent to my hotmail inbox and even if I read it the notification will go.In order to keep the msg notification, mark your read msg as an unread message.Just tick "Mark as unread" it should be in the inbox page in facebook or when you open the msg.You can easily find it
