Can we do something about the suspension of driving license due to past child support.?

If you owe money, you owe money. Pay your child support and this won't be a problem.
If your license is suspended while you're trying to get a job, borrow a friend's car and let them drive yours. They may be stopped if a cop runs your plates, but there's no reason to detain them once they see it's not you driving your car, and a cop wouldn't stop your friend's car (which you're driving) by running their plates.

Obey traffic laws, get your job, and pay your child support.
