How do you un-spam the notification thing?!!!!?

UNBLOCK A CONTACT
1. Click on "Options", Mail Options in the upper right of your Yahoo mail page.
2. Click the Spam button in the left navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to "Blocked Email Addresses". Highlight the name (s) you want back in your in-box and click "Remove."
4. Most important, go to the top left of this window and click the "Save Changes" icon.

Or try this...
Click Contacts to open your address book.
Click the "View All Contacts" button to open more.
Click Deleted Contacts.
Click on the Contact you want back in your address book.
Click Restore on the right.
