Most people would say you sound like a creeper, but I can tell that is how much you like the girl. If you REALLY want to talk to her, make a Twitter account. It literally takes 2 minutes. A DM is a direct message. She will have to follow you, and you the same to her, before she can receive DM from you. If you REALLY want to talk to her, you've gotta do whatever it takes.
