The bit where he wrote #insult #noclass...those are hashtags. Another example of how a hashtag works would be if I posted this on Twitter: The Colts are having an incredible season. #sarcasm. The #sarcasm hashtag means that the tweet was to be taken sarcastically.
The same goes for Kutcher's tweet. When he tagged the tweets with #insult and #noclass, he meant that the firing was an #insult to Paterno and that Penn State made a less than classy move by firing him.
