Since she's addicted to facebook, then try to convince her to go out every once in awhile. If she doesn't then try to find a secret switch to turn off the computer and just tell her that it automatically shut down by itself. Then after that (if she does have a phone) hide it from her and remember to silence it. Then if she gets super bored, try to talk to her or play a short board game or something like that. Make sure everything that has internet or like that, you hide or shut it down. Hoped I Helped Smile
