I see so many people with cool caricatures as their profile pic. Where do u get these and how?

Click "My Activity" at top of page
Select "Edit My Preferences"
Click "Update photo or avatar"
Follow instructions to select your photo/avatar
Click "Submit" on bottom of original page when done

To make a carton avatar:
http://avatar.yahoo.com

Make sure your pulse profile is not hidden.
