In AR, can man be forced to take a DNA test for child support?

If she's claiming him to be the father, a DNA test either confirms or dismisses the claim. If he refuses to take it, then he will be presumed to be the father.

Nothing, absolutely nothing forfeits his rights and responsibilities as the father except establishing his paternity and agreeing to adoption. Which it doesn't sound like is an option.
