I don't agree with it violating privacy.

I also don't agree with it providing bullying opportunities. If the students want to bully someone, they can do it on their cell phones or in person whether they are in school or not.

The only one that I agree on is that it can prevent quality of learning because they will be too busy texting each other and checking their Facebook status, than they will be on the lesson plans.
