How many cases do exist in USA in which brother and sister are best friends?

Lol I have one good friend of mine who is very close with his sister. He has just moved to a different state for grad school, so I really only see them "communicate" on facebook. They tell eachother everything.

I see that when they are together, they are very close, like hugging and laughing together, etc. Some people might find it weird, but I think its cool. I mean your siblings will always be there for you (most of the time), and why not be that close to them you know?
