Check mark the mail item as spam, Luisa, and it will go to your 'spam' folder, then all mails from that address should go to your 'spam' folder from now on. However, you can create a filter to send them to your 'spam' folder.
Look for and click on the 'Options' link at top right of mail screen. Options/ mail options Click on 'Filters' from list at left of screen Click on 'create or edit filters' Click on 'add' button for addresses: In 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address In "Move the Message To:" select where you want it to go from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again. for key words: In 'From subject:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then type in the defining words In "Move the Message To:" select where you want it to go from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again. Then every filter you make will have whatever the defining words are go to the folder you made. Hope this helps Ads |
