Try to use keywords that might attract the sort of people you are trying to connect with on Twitter. For example, I am from Springfield, MO, and we use the hashtag #SGF to stand for our city, so I included that in my bio so that other Springfieldians can find me. I'm an English instructor and social media marketer, so I use those words too.

The goal is to help people who stumble upon your profile to decide whether they want to follow you, so be descriptive and let your personality shine through!
