I know Justin Bieber does, so I'm pretty sure One Direction does, too. Just go on their Twitter pages and look and see how many people they follow. Justin Bieber retweets people who tweet cute and witty things and funny things, so probably 1D does, too, but I never tried to tweet 1D, just Justin. Good luck! Hope this helps!
