Not while living together is correct..and don't try the lie about your address thing. States do do address verification, live checks (meaning they come to you door) and sometimes hire P.I.'s if they suspect anything or if someone turns you in. I say this for your own well-being and security. It's not worth it in the worst case scenario.

I think, (and I stress the I THINK part) he still should be able to file for a CS modification on the bases he has added another dependent. Basically on the same train of thought you are on just the honest way of doing it. States have different laws around CS so Google your states rules.
