if you are living together shouldn't your money and his money be the same? so why would you file for child support? you are in the same house. that money would just be going from his checks to your pocket for the bills of the house you both live in...

my husband and i lived together before getting married. both my checks and his checks went into ONE account in which we used together to pay all the bills, buy food, buy house hold necessities, put towards savings, or spent how we saw fit.
