My heart races and i get very nervous when i talk to girls?

Just talk to them like you talk to your sister or mother or cousin. You have a sister, mother or cousin right?? Do you get nervous when you talk to them. Nope. Thats because when you talk to them you have no expectation. You should drop your expectation when speaking to women. Your getting all nervous because your expecting something to happen and this is making you nervous.
Its not the woman thats making you nervous its your own expectation of what may happen thats making you nervous and if you want to talk to them and not be this way you need to get rid of your expectations.

The way to do this is to chill out, relax treat them like your friend and remember if something happens it happens, If it doesn't all the better maybe you weren't compatible anyway. They'll still be your friend if nothing happens so you'll win anyway. Just because you talk to women doesn't mean something is gonna automatically happen relationship wise between you and them. Lower your expectations and then you'll see how easy it is to talk to them and get to know them.
