To be honest, 13 is to young for the Internet it self. Hell, 13 is too young for cell phones and personal computers. Facebook can be fun, but it is also very dangerous. There are virus adds and sick people who would want to get into a 13 year olds pants. Dont try and convince her mother, but love her for what she has done.
