Click on your Avatar
Edit ‘My Preferences’
Privacy & Communications
Go down to Sharing & Network, choose ‘My Contacts Only’ on both.
Your contacts won’t be able to see your question unless you add them back

Don’t forget to hit ‘Submit’ when finished.
