*Go to your"My Activity"-->click"Edit My Preference"-->click"Privacy & Communications",if you wanna see how is your setting*

Set your*Privacy & Communications*like this:

Sharing and network:

Share my Q&A with: My Contacts Only
Share my Answers network with: My Contacts Only

Then,only those in your"My Contacts"list can see all your Answers and Questions.
