How do I change my account photo on here from an exclamation mark?

Click on your name, click "Edit My Preferences", click "Update photo or avatar". You'll need a JPG, JPEG, or PNG file. Or you could create an avatar at avatars.yahoo.com. I suggest using a computer for this.
