#2 Be a man and pay your sh*t

#3 Yes, they will run a check on you because searches are ran by your Driver's license # or your Social Security #, which they will have to confirm. Therefore, yes you will be taken into custody.

#4 Don't go to the DMV, until this thing clears There are officers that work there.
