1) Stop hating on Selena. He's not gonna follow you if you hate on his gf. (yup, still together)
2) Write something to him like: @justinbieber Your fans love you! RT if you love your fans!
3) Keep writing about him and mentioning him.
4) In your "about me" section, write "huge JB fan, I sooo want him to follow me!" He might see it.
5) Make WE LOVE JUSTIN BIEBER a trend and add something unique in your tweet.
