Just looking at your question I would say no. But given the nature of the stuff you want to do changes things. But it's still better to not have it.
Some have said that employers look at those sites when they want to hire. And if the see something they don't like they may very well not hire you. Why take the risk? Just don't have a page. Most people that do what you want to do got a myspace page or whatever, after they got famous. Basically for publicity and to stay current. Most people that do it before get nowhere. They seem desperate. It's your call. But these websites seem to be only filled with kids. Thus this "drama" you speak of. |
