ok...begin by watching all their vids on youtube

watch their x factor diaries (there are 10 in total)
then their tour diaries (there are 4 in total)
they have pokemon diaries too

then watch some interviews...or go to one direction channel on youtube...the official 1d Channel...watch their vids there
