Can you get into trouble for bad mouthing someone on a Twitter blog?
My fiance, (who is still married but legally seperated) his wife wrote a massive blog on her Twitter account, bad mouthing him. His name is in there, but not his last name. She was mentioning alot of personal stuff, can she potentially get into trouble for this?
