How long do I ignore my mother?

I know, I know it is really childish and selfish but I have come to a point that it is my only option.

She always complains about how I complain and that I'm depressing, she mocked me for 10 minutes a little while ago, I was right in front of her and she knew, I just stood there and didn't say a word, she nags me all time over things and we always bicker over nothing. I'm tired of this, it doesn't feel nice.
She jokes about how I'm ugly inside and out, she thinks there small hilarious jokes but they hurt me a lot, she never listens to me she only gets mad at me if I sit her down and talk about serious issues, she never helps me with my homework at all and calls me a idiot if I can't get it right, she complains that I talk about my dogs too much, but she doesn't understand that those are the only thing I'm living for. I don't have friends and I'm home schooled by her and if I ask her to let me go to school she says I will just complain about it, but I want to go to school and then we argue about it.
She does not have a job, she sits on twitter all day long. We're moving soon and she laughs about how she is going to drop me off on the side of the road when we go.

How long do I ignore her? She will NOT sit down with me and talk about issues, she says it's all my fault.
I didn't want criticism?

I don't get how I'm a spoiled brat, I guess I am for ignoring someone who always hurts me without acknowledging it or maybe I just don't know the definition of spoiled brat anymore.
