Free working proxy i can not get on any sights to find one because of dns filter?

if you are using Mozilla =>
Tools >advanced > network> click "settings" (below "Connection") > check "Manual Proxy" > set your favourite Proxy address and the corresponding port number

Eg: if the proxy you selected is in the form 87.65.23.45:1881
give
your proxy as =>87.65.23.45
and
your port as =>1881
