That would depend on the method of blocking they use. IP address? Content? Whitelist? (You can't get around a whitelist server without breaking into the equipment. Pretty much the same for a content server, which is what many schools are now using, since it's so cheap and easy to set up - just go to a site and click "block" and anything that looks like that is blocked.) IP address? Any proxy server, as long as the site you're going to doesn't do reverse verification. If it does, no proxy will work.
