socialism because capitalism does not efficiency allocate resources to those who need it the most because the pursuit of profit ultimately is valued above people's needs. if they haven't the means, they dont get the goods despite the fact that demand for food (etc) is universal. also, capitalism is inherently exploitative because labour is treated like another commodity despite the fact that labour determines the value of the product, and the capitalist class takes the profits from his labour while paying the labour only what is necessary. there needn't be any governments because governments are only necessary to protect the capitalist state.
