When is Congress going to privatize its own health and retirement plans, so they can be at the mercy of the?
"free" market like we've been ever since Ronhole Raygun pulled his scams on us?
Oh, but these private plans are the ultimate in desirability. "Defined contribution" means you could end up with more than you started with, THEORETICALLY. How's THAT working out?
