What should the personal wealth cap be to prevent anti-social hoarding?

I'd say a cool billion dollars. It's a nice round number when added to a bank account, it can easily double to two or even three billion over time. Oh, and some of that billion could be used to invest and get lucky so that, that billion has also doubled or tripled.
So how much the wealth cap should be, is dependent on how good the investor is. Or it depends on how well a CEO figured out the marketplace so his company is selling a product people want. In short, there shouldn't be a limit except for the sky. |
