Help With My Twitter Name?

Okay So my name is Rosalina but my friends call me Rosa, Rose, Rosie. I want to change my Twitter name to something creative but it's hard with a name like mine. I want a name that's is also a word. My Friend name is Shad & he uses FollowMy_SHADow as his name. or if your nickname is Kay you can use something like its_Oh_Kay. Something creative like that. I was thinking on using GetMeThat_ROSAy as in Rozay. but Idk. So please help.
