Anyone know of any proxy servers that are not block?

We dont know which are blocked, if your using Websense or whatever then its not easy to bypass if it is set up properly as its doing exactly what it is designed for.

Try http://www.samair.ru/proxy/type-01.htm
If you cant get one on this list to work then you have very little chance finding a public one that aint blocked.
