most likely just a glitch, what platform is it on? if it is IOS (iphone, ipad etc.) then just exit the app, double click and hold down the app to exit it from the ram process, if it is android or pc i suggest for android turn off the phone and turn on again, on computer: use a different browser Smile hope i helped Smile
