maybe the gov want to make money??? dont know, guessing. they have to make money from somewhere dont they???

edit: not the best question for now. it's friday night and most of us are in party mode. maybe ask again on monday. just be honest. have a nice weekend......

edit: cos i lived in china for 5 years and i feel i should answer this. it just a thought that this isn't the best time that's all.
