Sometimes celebrities don't manage their own Twitter & social networking sites because either they don't have the time, or they just want someone to keep the fans updated more frequently. Maybe you could possibly mention him; or direct message I believe? Just don't try to come off as a creep, or keep begging because then that could lower the chances. I hope this sort of helped in any way, <33
