In your opinion are the rich class responsible for the conditions that make poverty so common?

I wouldn't lable the people who hurt the most the rich. I would say the money hoarders are the ones. The ones who show no compassion for others and no loyalty to the country that gave them the money. It cuts off circulation.

I love Oprah but when she spent money to help children in a other country I felt she showed disrespect for the people in the USA who spent the money that came to her. There are a lot of people who will only spend their money in the USA so they can help the economy. So poor people do spend their money here unless of course they are sending it to a foreign country to help their family. They most likely spend it on necessities which gives people jobs.
