In your opinion are the rich class responsible for the conditions that make poverty so common?

First, blaming someone you don't know is not going to solve any problems. To blame an entire group is stereotypical and ignorant.

Rich people do not control the environment, I promise they aren't mother nature.
Rich people do not control social conditions. Well, that's partially true actually. Hollywood celebrities are the main leaders in our social culture, and they happen to be liberals most of the time.
Lawyers and politicians control legal conditions, some happen to be rich.
Monetary policies are run by the FED and the banks, so politicians again.

People become beggars because they have chosen to beg instead of work. If you want to blame the rich that's your problem. Ridding the world of wealthy people or taking away their power would be a mistake.
