Try using a web proxy. Here are some:

http://www.guardtunnel.com (Offers SSL Support)
http://www.unblockbyproxy.com
http://www.unblockorbust.com

If the above proxies aren't working, here's a fresh list - http://www.proxlists.com

You can also subscribe to this newsletter group so that you will get new proxies via email: http://groups.google.com/group/fresh_web_proxies
