I think you should be asking different questions: why does everyone want to move to the US? why does everyone come HERE for the top health care in the world?

every Chinese in the world would kill to move to the US, why? Because it IS the land of opportunity, each and every person who lives here is free to do whatever they want with their life, and be whomever they want, with virtually unlimited resources from which to draw upon. capitalism is freedom. heLLO?? limiting the market, limiting the companies, limiting the resources, limiting the consumer is the direct opposite of freedom.
