How do you follow lots of people at once on twitter?

Are you on Twitter for business use or recreation? For business, find a business or businesses that would be your target audience, go to their page and view their follower list. From here you can go down the list and literally just click the Follow button. This is probably the fastest way to follow several people/businesses at once. If it's for recreational use, you would do the same thing, but perhaps find one of your friends, view their followers and then go down the list and Follow.

Lastly, http://www.socialoomph.com is also a Twitter resource (among others) that will allow you to auto-follow anyone new that follows you. Additionally, it is also a "set and forget" way to send your tweets.
