There is no easy way for that. the only thing that can be done is, twitter sometimes gives you suggestions on who to follow. The give names in category. For example Music. Now if you go into that category you will see lists of people who are famous and from the music industry. you will also see a follow button beside their names. You can follow your favorites from there without visiting their profile. Or you can go into a 'follows' or 'followers' list of someone and follow people from their. that is it, you cannot do it any faster than that.
