Conservatives, i have a question regarding affirmative action and the disabled?

As long as the "black" person had the same skills and education level as the "white" person, then I would have no problem with a business hiring them over the "white" person. What irritates most of us Conservatives is when "black" people are hired simply because they are "black" even when there are more qualified people who could hold the job. The same principle applies to disabled people.

As for social welfare, we are fine with it as long as it only help people who are TRULY at the bottom of their luck. We don't like the people who are leaching off of the system when they could be working instead. Why should my money go to someone who is capable of working but chooses not to?

As for how the disadvantaged would survive without welfare... it's called PRIVATE charity, look it up.
