what is proxy websites? most of the user asking to unblock the website.. is there is no regular proxy ?

A proxy creates a virtual layer between you and the website.
so when you visit a website through a proxy, your actually telling that websites server to go to the website for you, and that website is being displayed on the proxy website.

you > proxy > website
so your not visiting the site, the proxy is, and than the proxy is displaying the page.
