Is there such thing as a website where people can post their enemies valuable information?

And I dont mean facebook, twitter, etc.. That's pretty obvious. I mean like, Black Market sites or whatev. Do those exist? Wouldn't the "Forces that be" on this wonderful piece of crap called the internet have terminated them? It's a long story as to why I'm asking. Overseas, girl and I break up, she still knows all of my personal stuff... You get the picture. Shes very vindictive. She WOULD do something like that.... I'm just a soldier. Not into all that computer stuff like she was. Help me!
